We know moving to a new country to study can feel big and complicated. That’s why we made everything super simple and clear. We will be with you at every single step — from the first message until you sit in your university class. Here’s exactly how it works:

Step 1: Free Initial Consultation

You contact us (WhatsApp, email, phone, or website form).

Within 24 hours, one of our friendly advisors (who speaks your language) will call or message you.

We ask simple questions:

• What do you want to study? (Medicine? Engineering? Business? IT?)

• What is your budget?

• Which country interests you most? (Or we recommend the best one for you)

• Your grades and qualifications We then tell you honestly: “Yes, you can study Medicine in Russia for $4,500/year” or “Belarus is perfect for you because of full scholarships”. This consultation is 100% free and no pressure.

Step 2: University & Program Selection

After we understand your dreams, we send you a shortlist of 3–8 universities that match you perfectly.

You will see:

• Tuition fees

• Program in English or with 1-year language prep

• Ranking and photos of the university

• How many students from your country are already there You choose the one you love most. We never push — it’s your future!

Step 3: Application Preparation & Submission

You send us scanned copies of:

• Passport

• High school certificate & transcript

• Photo That’s it! (No complicated lists) We do the rest for you:

• Fill all university forms

• Translate & notarize documents (if needed)

• Write motivation letter (if required)

• Pay the application fee on your behalf (you just transfer the money)

• Submit everything online or by post Most students get the Official Admission Letter + Invitation in 1–4 weeks.

Step 4: Admission Letter & Student Visa

As soon as the university says “YES”, we send you the official admission letter.

Then we prepare your full visa file:

• Visa invitation from the university/government

• All forms filled correctly

• Booking embassy appointment (we do it for you)

• Prepare you for the short visa interview (we do mock interviews)

• Tell you exactly how much money to show in the bank 95%+ of our students get the visa on the first try. If there is any problem, we fix it free of charge.

Step 5: Arrival & Settlement – Welcome Home!

You buy your flight ticket (we help find cheap ones).

Our team member waits for you at the airport with a signboard with your name.

Day 1–3:

• Drive you to your dormitory or apartment

• Give you local SIM card + transport card

• Help open a bank account

• Buy bedding, kitchen items (if needed) Week 1:

• Take you for mandatory medical check-up

• Complete police/immigration registration

• Bring you to the university for final registration and student ID

• Introduce you to seniors from your country (so you never feel alone)
